He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying of the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Professor Clinton Aigbavboa is the Director of the CIDB Centre of Excellence & Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Professor Wellington Didibhuku Thwala is the Director of the South Africa Research Chair in Sustainable Construction Management and Leadership in the Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
