Kenneth Cloke is a mediator, arbitrator, attorney, coach, consultant, and trainer specializing in resolving complex multi-party conflicts. He received a BA and JD from UC Berkeley; PhD from UCLA; LLM from UCLA Law School; and did post-doctoral work at Yale. He is a founder and first President of Mediators Beyond Borders.
