This research aims to contribute with some further studies on how conflict management strategies are combined with motivational profiles. This research aims to contribute with some further studies on how conflict management strategies are combined with motivational profiles. To this end, questionnaires were conducted to 349 individuals from the hospitality industry in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
