Autorenporträt
J. D. Missen was born and raised in a small seaside town in Suffolk, the type of place that is overrun with tourists in the summer months and in the winter, an anticipatory quiet descends. The town is still her home and that of her two children. J.D. Missen's love for writing began with poetry, some of which has been published in various anthologies. This passion was soon superseded though by the challenge of writing crime thrillers and a desire to bring to light, stories that the author feels should be told. J. D. Missen has also written the stories for two children's books; The Little Mole and The Little Spider. and recently published a book of poetry 'Love, Death and Madness'.
