Produktbeschreibung
Currently, the formation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of teaching staff professional competence in higher education requires a special approach and understanding, which causes the need for further improvement of ways to manage the activities of teachers. The relevance of the present study is due to the presence of high requirements for the professional activities of the teaching staff of higher education institutions and the lack of scientifically sound management technologies that allow to bring to a new quality level of professional and psychological-pedagogical preparedness of teachers. The analysis of pedagogical practice reveals a contradiction between the need to develop professional competence of university teachers and insufficient study of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competence of university teachers. The stated contradiction allows us to formulate the problem of research: what are the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competence of university teachers.
