Paul Wilson, am 21. Oktober 1949 in Longbeach, Queensland, Australien, geboren, führt ein Leben voller Streß: Er ist Direktor einer Werbeagentur und Unternehmensberater für australische Konzerne. Sein Leben als Geschäftsmann hat ihn zum Fachmann in Sachen Streßbewältigung gemacht. Er hat schon Bücher zu diesem Thema veröffentlicht. Darüber hinaus gründete Paul Wilson 1995 das "Calm Centre" in Sydney, in dem Psychologen, Therapeuten und Künstler neue Entspannungstechniken erforschen. Paul Wilson ist Vater dreier Kinder, die immer ruhig sind. einiger australischer Konzerne, Direktor einer Werbeagentur und Vater von drei Kindern.
