The 3-D reconstruction module provides a robust means for visualization of different anatomical structures including the inner layers. The output of the first module can then be fed directly to the second module to build the mesh models and apply finite element analysis.

He has received the M.Sc. in Computer Diagnosing Systems in 2008 and the PhD.in Modeling Tissue Engineering in 2011; Systems & Biomedical Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
