Out of many, this book tried to highlight, Safety and efficacy of Amavatari Rasa prepared with classicalreference. Ayurveda has many scopes in management of Amavata, but there is even vast scope in the prevention by educating society. Inappropriate diet habits, sleep pattern, daily regime, seasonal regime have undesirable effects on such type of life style disorder which could be prevented by pursuing Ayurveda principals. Bhinde hat ihren Bachelor in Ayurveda (BAMS) am Akhandanand Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, abgeschlossen und eine Postgraduiertenausbildung in Rasa Shastra Bhaishajya Kalpna am IPGT & RA, Jamnagar, Gujarat, Indien, absolviert, um ihre Leidenschaft für die Behandlung von Patienten mit selbst hergestellten Medikamenten zu verwirklichen. Derzeit arbeitet sie als Dozentin an der RK Universität.
