The amount of fly ash accumulated on the ground surface from solid fuel combustion in boilers of thermal power plants represents a serious geoecological problem, which requires finding actual solutions. The ash has unique reproducible properties and is a large promising resource, so one of the solutions to this problem is integrated waste processing. In the present monograph the method of utilization of fly ash formed at combustion of hard coal of Kuznetsky basin of mark SS (self-sintered), consisting in its use with preliminary magnetic and granulometric processing for reception of composite electrochemical coverings on the basis of nickel is presented. Self-organizing ordered carbon structures found during the research in the composition of magnetic particles of fly ash give high performance characteristics to the resulting composites.
