The monograph is the result of a long time research transitional development of productive forces and regional economy in terms of eurointegration and decentralization of governmental authority. One of the fundamental ideas of this work is an attempt to outline the problems of competitiveness of regional economic systems on the new stage of nation-building. The authors, using the laws of architectonics, revealed the essence of the problems of regional development in the economic policy of the state, analyzed the dynamics of the current state of the regional landscape of Ukraine, according to the criteria of the World Economic Forum. Solved the connection of association of innovative entrepreneurship of regional competitiveness, their modernization challenges on these processes and the formation of knowledge economy as the strategic advantages of all regional economic systems of Ukraine.
