Magdalena Habdas (Dr. hab. Prof. U¿) is an Associate Professor specializing in Private Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, at the University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland. She also holds a Master of Arts in English from the University of Silesia, and a Master of Science in Property Valuation and Management, from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. She is a certified real estate valuer and an attorney-at-law.
