This paper introduces itself by looking at the above-mentioned countries constitution and their pieces of labor legislation. Furthermore it assessing fairness and justice by giving previous judgements ( Case Laws) with regard to consistency in terms of law application in Judicial institutions and jurisdictional disputes resolution bodies of all these selected countries. Ultimately this paper sheds pros and cons of each country's constitution, judicial system and their labour legislation then pinpoints recommendations to South African constitution and their labour legislation.
