Dr.Elsaman is a legal expert in the Middle East laws. She is a professional lawyer who worked for international law firms, governmental authorities, and international entities such as the World Bank. She contributed to drafting many laws and regulations in the Middle East. She is a Law Professor, with many publications in international journals.
