The purpose of the study conducted was to evaluate the effect of regular tea and energy drinks on attention. Results of the energy drink group and the tea group were compared to the control group. Comparison of energy drink consumers and tea consumers was also done. Gender based neurological differences were also analyzed. In this book, the neurophysiology of these caffeinated beverages is also explained.
