The book attempts to show some differences growth performance and grain yield between rice accessions from Africa and Asia, which could be explored and exploited for their novel factor for crops genetic enhancement. It shall be grateful were you to highlight some common mistakes and misprints to my attention which would be omitted in the subsequent production in the future. I am indebted to show gratitude to Drs. N.A.Ansari and S. J.Rahman of ANGRAU, Drs C. N.Neereja and T.Ram including colleagues of the CNN Team at the Indian Rice Research Institute. Let me thank my late motherKpannah H. Diakaloe and family members who were very supportive and untiring action of assistance during this dedicated work in India.
