Mr.Bhandari is Research Officer at Secretariat of Special Committee for Supervision, Integration and Rehabilitation of Maoist Army Combatants and working as a part time teaching faculty at the Department of Conflict, Peace and Development Studies in Tribhuwan University.Mr.Bhandari received research fellowship from International Alert.
