It was taken into account that: The rulers under study had their own communicative styles. The rulers under study had to communicate in a permanent and transparent manner. In addition, all rulers must inform the people of everything that is of public interest. The rulers will be able to fulfill their promises depending on their feasibility. Governmental actions undoubtedly have an impact on citizens and finally, presidential messages do not always go hand in hand with the reality of a country.
