This book aims to follow the changes in colostrum properties, colostrum preservation as well as evaluation of the safety of long-term colostrums consumption.

Hany El-Kashef is an assistant lecturer. He earned M.Sc. in 2011. Dr. Alaa Abd El-Fattah is a professor since 2006. He specialized in dairy microbiology and nutrition. Dr. Fawzia Abd Rabo works as professor and specialized in dairy chemistry and nutrition. All authors work at Dairy Sci. Dept., Fac. Agric., Cairo Univ.
