This Code has the responsibility and the challenge of indicating the norms to be followed to prevent the mistreatment of women towards men in the relationship. It hopes to serve as a guide, trying to raise awareness that there are rules of coexistence to follow and to help overcome the difficulties that may give rise to unjustified abuse. it is a Code that hopes to arouse the general interest. They have asked themselves, what is the Code for? What can be used of it? The Code hopes to help resolve these and otherquestions. Men and women are subjects of law, a principle that is guaranteed in the constitutional charters.
