Lena is really a nurse but not really a vampire.When the stressors of being in the frontline of a pandemic, while also working on her doctorate in nursing practice and also raising two daughters became too much, she used writing to escape into a world of beautiful, dark creatures and sensual powers. She had no idea that a whole book would come out, nor did she foresee that she would want to continue the series and create an entire world around the characters she now loves.Lena currently lives in Pittsburgh but was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She initially went to university to study theater but life happened, babies came and she earned her degree in nursing to be able to provide for her family. Over a decade later, she love being a nurse but dreams of writing and acting full time, while living on the beach.
