Bettina Callary is the Canada Research Chair in Sport Coaching and Adult Learning and an Associate Professor in the Department of Experiential Studies in Community and Sport at Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Dr. Callary is the editor-in-chief of the International Sport Coaching Journal; she is on the editorial board of Sports Coaching Review and the Journal of Aging and Physical Activity; and is an alpine ski coach and coach developer, and Masters athlete. Bradley W. Young is Full Professor in the School of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, in Ontario, Canada. As a coach and Masters athlete, he has served as an advisor to the Coaching Association of Canada on Masters Athletes and is an advisor to Active Aging Canada and a member of a pan-Canadian network on Physical Literacy in Older Adults. Scott Rathwell is Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada. Scott's research focuses on the psychosocial factors related to lifelong sport and the mechanisms through which Masters Athletes maintain their elite performance.
