All too aware of his appetites for conquest, Queen Clytemnestra of Mycenae girds herself to protect her children from Agamemnon when it becomes clear he has his sights set on Troy. She could not protect her first family when he stormed her castle, killing all the royals except her, whom he claimed along with the throne. Being given a second chance to be the mother she wasn't then, she will stop at nothing.
