Parasian D. P. Silitonga, S.Kom., M.Cs. He is a civil servant lecturer assigned to the Catholic University of Santo Thomas Medan. He has completed his bachelor's degree from Computer Science Faculty of Catholic University St. Thomas Medan in 2002, a master's degree in computer from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2010.
