Autorenporträt
Sarah Thornton studierte Kunstgeschichte und Soziologie, promovierte über die britische Technoszene und lehrte Soziologie an der University of Sussex und am Goldsmith College. Heute ist sie Autorin für internationale Kunstmagazine, u.a. für Artforum.com und The Art Newspaper, für den New Yorker soiwe für zahlreiche Zeitungen. Der Daily Telegraph bezeichnete sie als Großbritanniens »hippste Akademikerin«.
