The author believes that this suspect is a serial offender and is responsible for the murder of Tracey Neef, the abduction and assault of Michalel Chandler and the Murder of Ali Berrelez. The author believes that this suspect should be vigorously considered as a suspect in the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. The families deserve closure. The public has a right to know.
