The climate change related increased endosymbiotic archaeal growth leads to emerging viral pandemics like the corona virus pandemic and more such pandemics in future. The endosymbiotic and colonic human archaea secrete RNA and DNA viruses and serves as a reservoir for them. The colonic and endosymbiotic archaea also generates RNA viroids which are converted to DNA viroids by colonic epithelial HERV reverse transcriptase and gets integrated into the colonic genome. The RNA and DNA viroids hybridise with the viroidal and bacterial population of the gut microbiome/virobiome- RNA and DNA viruses of the gut leading to generation of new emerging viruses. The hybridization of archaeal RNA viroids with human genomic HERV sequences can generate retroviruses. This leads to generation of new bacteria, RNA and DNA viruses producing pandemics and extermination of homo sapiens. The homo sapiens become an extinct species and the homo neanderthalis will dominate the earth. The emerging viral pandemics paralyse the human population systems and economic activity leading to grounding of the population and closing down of national economies. This leads to reduction in green house gases &global warming.
