Babar Latif Baloch hat einen MS in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und einen BSc (Honors) in Agrarökonomie. Er diente der Regierung von Punjab von 2011-2016 als stellvertretender Direktor im Landwirtschaftsministerium. Herr Baloch hat an verschiedenen Projekten mit FAO, UNDP, CABI, ACIAR, USDA und anderen gearbeitet. Herr Baloch verfügt über mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Landwirtschaft und Entwicklung.
