Dr. John Ogilvie is Professor of Management at the University of Hartford's Barney School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University and has taught courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and bargaining and negotiations at the University of Hartford since 1988. His current research explores topics related to organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, and HR roles.
