Jacqueline Hope HoShing-Clarke,Ph.D.:Has been an educator for
thirty years.She has served as teacher, principal, and director.
Studied Education Administration at Andrews University, Michigan
and Northern Caribbean University(NCU),Jamaica.She is currently
the Chair for the Department of Teacher Education,at Northern
Caribbean University.
