CKY (stylised cKy) is an American alternative metal band that formed in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 1997. Since its inception the band has comprised lead vocalist and guitarist Deron Miller, guitarist and backing vocalist Chad I Ginsburg and drummer Jess Margera, and currently includes bassist Matt Deis. The band have released four studio albums, the latest being Carver City in May 2009. Originally formed as Camp Kill Yourself and later known as Camp, the band shares its name with a skateboarding/stunt video series co-produced by Bam Margera, brother of drummer Jess. The band also has close links with the stunt crew of the same name, as well as related shows Jackass, Viva La Bam and Bam''s Unholy Union, on which a number of their songs have been used.
