Autorenporträt
Annika Marlen Hinze is an Associate Professor of Political Science and the Director of Urban Studies at Fordham University, USA. Her research and teaching focus on urban politics, identity politics, the politics of immigration, qualitative methods, urban economic development, poverty, and minority politics in the United States, Canada, Germany, and Turkey. Dennis R. Judd is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Illinois, Chicago, USA. For many years he has been a leading contributor to the literature on urban political economy, urban economic development, national urban policy, and urban revitalization. Over the last four decades he has brought his urban politics research together in his pioneering textbook, City Politics, and he has published pioneering research on urban tourism.
