Jakob Free (Writer): Jakob Free got his start in comics as an intern at Marvel Entertainment and then later as a full-time employee in something called the “sales communication” department (he still doesn’t know what that means). Jakob has self-published books like The Cycle, Suburban & Chickenhawk, and Rabbit Hole. A science-fiction comic book of his called The Number Game (with Mark Pearce) was published in Iron Circus’ New World Anthology in 2015. Cities of Magick is his first series with a publisher. Jakob holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a master’s in Game Design. He hates bananas. Will Tempest (Artist): Will Tempest is an illustrator and cartoonist based in the UK. His work explores strange planets and bizarre civilizations through the lens of fantasy, science fiction, and horror.
