Tamás Rózsás is PhD student at the University of Pécs. He earned his Master¿s degrees from the Technical University of Budapest, the Budapest University of Economics, and the Naval Postgraduate School in the United States. He worrked in various roles in the military, government, and industry, and now he works for the Central Bank of Hungary.
