Autorenporträt
Sahar Delíjaní wurde 1983 im Evin-Gefängnis in Teheran geboren, nachdem ihre Eltern für ihren aktiven Widerstand gegen das islamische Regime verhaftet worden waren. 1996 verließ die Familie das Land und ging nach Kalifornien. Seit 2006 lebt Delíjaní mit ihrem Mann im italienischen Turin.
