Deogratias KASONGO NGONGO é licenciada em direito público interno pela Universidade de Kinshasa e é advogada na Ordem dos Advogados de Kinshasa/Matete. É professor e responsável pelo curso sobre direito infantil e práticas favoráveis à criança no Instituto Nacional de Trabalho Social em Kikwit e Kindu. É também um especialista em direito infantil.
