Tsegba Tersoo Timothy born on 6th May, 1984 acquired the following advance qualifications; ND in Business Studies, HND in Business Administration & Managemet, & a PGD in Management. He currently works as an Independent Researcher in his self established research organization 'Global Learning Resource' in Mkar, Gboko in Benue State Nigeria.
