Chef Marlo is the executive chef & creative coordinator for Cravings Express. Chef Marlo worked as a restaurant chef, at Seasons 52 & Rosa Mexicano, for more than 10 years before opening his own company that specializes in upscale catering, personal chef, & meal plan services for Atlanta's elite. Chef Marlo defines his cooking style as soul fusion, because whether it is Mediterranean, Asian, authentic Mexican, classical French, or southern comfort it all comes from the heart. At Cravings Express, Chef Marlo wants to showcase the use of innovative technique with quality ingredients to create flavor uunparalleled to any other dining experience. He is also active in the community feeding the less fortunate monthly from the Cravings Express food truck, he works closely with The Logan Wilkes Foundations "Cooking & Connecting with Chef Marlo" program in Atlanta Public Schools, & volunteering with PAYUSA.
