Janer E. Tovar G. ist Bauingenieur, Maschinenbauingenieur und hat einen Master-Abschluss in Lehre und Forschung. Professor an der Fakultät für Ingenieurwissenschaften des ITFIP. Neben der Forschung unterrichtet er die Fachrichtung Mechanisch-Statisch-Materieller Widerstand und den Kurs Strömungsmechanik. Nichts befriedigt ihn mehr, als zu lehren, mit seiner Familie zusammen zu sein und es zu genießen.
