The aim of this book is to improve the planning based for livestock in Rwanda. The author's task has been to provide a quantitative assessment detailed information on the status of livestock production systems in Rwanda. The findings have a potential positive contribution towards policy formulation and planning of development interventions in livestock production, provide valuable source of information for improving proper planning, food production and economic development in Rwanda and sub- Saharan Africa.
