La Sra. Sizeka Monakali (nee Kupiso) tiene un BACUR de la Universidad de Sudáfrica y un MPH de la Universidad de Limpopo (Campus de Medunsa). Trabajó como profesora en el Lilitha College of Nursing Eastern Cape, y actualmente trabaja como administradora de servicios comunitarios en el subdistrito de salud de Mnquma, Eastern Cape.
