Kimberly J. Lamay, a descendant of an original settler, and Celine Racine Paquette, a business owner and founder of a local history center, collaborated on Champlain. They selected exceptional images from the McLellan Collection at State University of New York at Plattsburgh and from local residents, particularly those whose families have lived in Champlain for several generations. The result is a fitting tribute to New York State's most northeastern town.
