Mark E. Powell (Phd, Southern Methodist University) is associate professor of theology at Harding School of Theology and a preaching minister for a church in Memphis, Tennessee. He is the author of Papal Infallibility: A Protestant Evaluation of an Ecumenical Issue and a contributor to Canonical Theism: A Proposal for Theology and the Church. He and his wife, Debbie, have three children and live in Tennessee.
