Elena Percivaldi is a medieval historian and essay writer whose articles have appeared in major history magazines, including BBC History. She runs the history, art, and archaeology newsletter "Storie & Archeostorie," is on the Scientific Committee of Medioevo Italiano magazine, and has taught classes in history and communication at the Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
