Autorenporträt
Marilyn Churchill studied at the University of Minnesota, as well as at Wheaton College, where she graduated with a B.A. in Fine Arts. Then she was employed as an illustrator of children's books and periodicals for Pioneer Girls, Wycliffe, Tyndale, and Crossway Publishers. Pursuing an interest in animation, she went on to pioneer the computer animation department at Atari games; creating and art directing titles for many well known clients, including Walt Disney, DC Comics, Steven Spielberg, and CTW Muppets. Eventually specializing in children's educational software, she created titles in partnership with Fisher-Price Toys, McGraw-Hill, The Learning Company and others. Marilyn's Fine Art paintings are internationally distributed as prints, posters, greeting cards, and book covers.
