Matt Strickland lives near Montreal, Quebec, with his wife Kerri and their two daughters, Lorelei and Sadie. He is the master distiller at Distillerie Cote des Saints in Quebec. He is the only American to sit on the Distilling Board of Examiners for the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, and he spends much of his spare time writing educational articles for the distilling industry.
