Celebrity chef, restaurateur, and author Jon Bonnell has been in the foodservice business for over 20 years. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Bonnell has been at the forefront of Fine Texas Cuisine for his entire career. An avid outdoor enthusiast first inspired his passion for fish and game, but his culinary pursuits certainly don't stop there.
