Dr. Tian WU is a full-time researcher at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Evaluation Studies, CASS, focusing on public leadership research and think tank evaluation. She has achieved her bachelor and PhD degree from Peking University and Tsinghua University. And she was also a visiting scholar in Ash Center, Harvard Kennedy School for one year.
