She has worked with many individuals and with a variety of cultures, providing her great insight in how people think and behave. She has worked in finance-related positions her entire career, from banking to corporate accounting and finance. She obtained an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kenyon College. She also holds a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She loves learning and understands how powerful learning can be, whether that is done by attending a formal class, visiting a new destination, or stretching her own comfort zone.
