Mr Tara N Poudel is PhD Scholar of Kathmandu University School of Education. He has earned Master of Philosophy (M Phil) in Educational Leadership from Kathmandu University in 2010 & Master of Education from Tribhuvan University in 2006. Mr Poudel was born in 1979 in Rapakot-7 Syangja Nepal.
