It is vitally important to implement methodologies that contribute to the competitive development of the student, seeking to strengthen these instances through the promotion of formative research, which allows for a greater degree of motivation, participation in the teaching-learning processes and generating reflection and discernment on scientific issues and issues of disciplinary significance in a specific area. Qualitative research plays a relevant role in organisational research, specifically as a case study method, as it is useful for gathering information in real-life contexts. Based on this, the case study method is applied, which suggests a plausible situation for the development of activities that promote the student's meta-cognitive strategies, achieving conceptual appropriation, decision making, reflection, critical and systematic analysis of reality.
